Clear boundaries for an early-stage architecture project.
These terms are implementation-ready draft copy and require owner/legal review before production publication.
Site purpose
AIRIL.ai provides information about AIRIL, Operational Understanding, System Bootstrap, architecture research, validation status, and controlled alpha opportunities. Site content is informational and may evolve as the architecture and evidence mature.
No autonomous execution service
AIRIL is the constitutional Operational Architecture, not a software application or service. This public website does not itself authorize, perform, or guarantee autonomous production execution, and it is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or security advice.
External alpha
Alpha participation is controlled and may require separate evaluation terms. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, access, support, a license, or a commercial relationship. No unrestricted package download is offered unless separately approved.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use forms for spam, automated solicitation, or abuse.
Intellectual property
AIRIL names, site content, architecture materials, graphics, and evaluation packages are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Viewing summaries on this site does not transfer ownership or grant rights to copy, distribute, modify, or commercialize controlled materials.
Early-stage status and warranties
The architecture is established, but implementation maturity, external validation, and commercial outcomes remain early. To the extent permitted by law, the site and alpha materials are provided for evaluation without promises of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific operational or commercial results.
Changes and questions
These terms may be updated as the site, alpha program, and legal requirements evolve. The production version must state its effective date, governing entity, governing law, and approved contact method after legal review.
